The reason you’re getting internship offers is because many companies now use internships as a low-risk entry point before full-time roles. It’s frustrating, but common in the current market.
What works better than agencies right now is direct applications, referrals, and strong interview readiness. Referrals in particular are the closest thing to a real placement channel. In today’s market, skills and conversion matter more than middlemen.
