Cold emails are ignored, generic ads don’t convert like before, and buyers now research everything on their own before even talking to sales.
Do you think AI, creator-led marketing, and community-driven trust are replacing traditional B2B strategies? Or are companies just doing it wrong?
I think traditional B2B strategies still work, but buyers have changed a lot. People now trust creators, communities, reviews, and useful content more than generic sales pitches. AI is also making it easier to personalize outreach and understand customer behavior better.
So it’s not really that traditional marketing is dead, companies just can’t rely on spammy cold emails and generic ads anymore. The businesses doing well are the ones building trust, educating users, and creating genuine relationships before trying to sell.
Traditional B2B marketing isn’t completely, but the copy paste cold mail plus boring pitch deck era is definitely fading.
People want authenticity now. They’d rather trust a creator explaining a product on LinkedIn or a real user review than a polished corporate ad.
I think the smartest move for the companies is to mix both worlds, using AI for personalization, creators for trust, and communities for a long-term relationship instead of just chasing leads. At the end buyers don’t want to be sold.. they want to feel understood.
