I had initially made an agreement for rs 85999 total payment in 5 EMIs and this was mentioned by GUVI team Mr Suraj in whatsapp chat. Later i was pressurised to pay in three EMIs after inital 15k payment. I agreed on a condition that i have money i will pay, else will continue to pay in 5 EMIs and paid rs 23667/-
On July 21st 2026, EMI of 23667 was made due despite me telling that i am in hospital due to kidney infection and need time for next month and will continue amounts of 5 emis instead of 3 emis.
HCL has blocked my account and i had no choice and sent a legal notice to unblock my account as my classes will be missed.
They didnt respond and still held block on my account. I received a call to pay ra 23667 and i said i will proceed with consumer court case.

There is no clear communication on the session.
initially they sent a mail as Sunday there will be no session.
Saturday got a mail cancelled due to Medical emegency.
but there was no communication on for last sunday’s Session.
This was happened earlier as well, finally i am missing sessions, unable to cope up b’coz of our own busy schedules.
please talk to the Co-ordinators, otherwise there is no use of assigning CO -ordinators.

I believe a mail was sent to all that there will not be any session on Saturday and it has been rescheduled to Sunday. I am sharing the screenshot for that.
But maybe next time I’ll send a mail to all about the changes
