Hi, I have 3.5+ years of experience, but I have mostly worked on support projects. However, I have learned AI/ML from YouTube and other sources.

I have completed 2–3 end-to-end projects (not deployed on the cloud), but I don’t have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Technically, I am strong and able to clear L1/L2 (technical) interviews, but due to a lack of industry experience, I am not able to clear managerial rounds.

Can you please help me with this?

It sounds like your technical skills aren’t the main issue since you’re already clearing the technical rounds. In managerial interviews, they’re usually looking for how you’ve handled real-world challenges, worked with teams, taken ownership, and communicated your impact. Try focusing less on the technology itself and more on the problems you solved and the value you delivered. Also, deploying one or two projects on AWS or Azure can help bridge the experience gap and make your profile stronger.
