# Do team leaders need coding to move into data analytics?

I’m currently working as a team leader and thinking about moving into data analytics. Do I need to learn coding languages like Python, or can I start with Excel, SQL, and Power BI? I’d love to hear from anyone who has made a similar career transition and share which skills helped you get started.
