Request for help to set path( own path) for directory

I have been trying out some codes, but i have not been able to set the path as the commands are in linux, (code is in italic format and underlined)
export SiamMask=$PWD
export PYTHONPATH=$PWD:$PYTHONPATH
These are the commands used , since I use Collab . Can anyone tell what are these equivalent commands(so that it can run in Collab) . I will be very grateful
