Facing issue while submitting the code in codekata

Hi, I am working in codekata, as instructed I wrote the code and run the testcase. Its correct. And while I am trying to submit the testcase, its showing failed to submit error. I am blocked due to this, and I am not able to work on the second testcase, please help me on this.
