Python certification course is invalid.

I have completed all the modules by watching session videos and answering questions, submitted all the assignment but certificate is not available. It is showing to pay Rs 999 for upgradation of course to IIT madras certificate. Please don't misguide the people that it is free certification course.

Please provide the certificate as soon as possible.
