submitting my assignment

I have completed my Beginners Module. Now, I have solved all the assignment 1 questions. I hit the submit button after I completed my first question. I tried to submit my answer for the remaining two questions, but I couldn't. I hit the submit button many times, but it showed "You had already submitted. Complete all the questions to unlock the next video. Now I'm completely blank. What to do? So I kindly request that you clarify my query through my email ID. Thank you.
