To create a folder using windows cmd promt

1) You want to select which local file you want to place the folder like C: drive or D: drive

(in this case i typed D: in the cmd)

2)Then when you are in the drive you want to create the folder for this you want to type ("cd pandas_course") I created the folder named pandas_course in the D: drive using cmd promt
