Cant open the port after refreshing the site by using python3

Sir, As you told to use (python3 -m http.server ) I can use the server but i cant cant come out of the python programming after setting a port.so i used to close my termux app and i reopen it and use it again for the further purpose due to this process if i refresh the chrome the port is closed and i cant see my files in it. For example in webcam class after hacking the system webcam i went and refresh the chrome screen but unfortunately i cant open the port

so can you please tell me some solutions about this query?!!!
