Sigmoid Neuron Model 

Hi Team,

While checking row and column number, why we write below code:-

i = np.floor(ij/Loss.shape[1])

j = ij - i * Loss.shape[1]

What's the logic behind this code? Can you please explain in detail? Please respond.
