All three options are wrong

I am learning "Java Q&A", in the activity quiz question number 1 under java arrays topic has three options. The first time I tried option 3 which is the right answer is considered wrong in final result, then I checked with other options which didn't change the result. So, I can't get my certificate du to this bug.
