how could we fix the 2 decimal points in float number?

I tried searching in online websites like w3school etc., and did code as they mentioned in their syntax. but my testcases are failed because of compiler saying that the syntax is wrong for fixing decimal points.

can someone help me with this thing. i am attaching my code below.

without decimal points i did a alternate code but there is a little variation in decimal values compared to the expected output.
