Microsoft-22: I don't know what kind of bug is this.

In testcase 2 the expected output is wrong first. Second, when I am giving the input of testcase 2 manually and running the code, then the output is correct, but when I am submitting the question, the actual output is changing and is similar to expected output which is wrong. This question has been repeated in many company based question sets. Please fix this!
