When I buying yearly subscription,guvi ask my mail id and I give my mail id amount paid process done successfully and I take screenshot of the completion page, (these process are done in chrome browser in my mobile) . After I download guvi application in my mobile and enter the registered mail id, it doesn't work, it says mail id is not registered, iam shocking and I check the screenshot , then I realize , I entered Wrong mail id, (that mail id doesn't exist in gmail) and guvi blindly accepts the mail id
And I mail to the guvi staffs, and I am explain my problem and they are solved my problem.
