Guinness world record participation and free python course certificate not received so far 

Hi Team,

Hi I have followed all the instruction for Guinness world record participation certificate but didn't get any certification so far, thought we would get in email but nothing received or any communication made. After completing the basic python course for Guinness world record I have also got success message of congratulations. I hope that confirms I have completed all the assignment necessary for the certification so kindly confirm.

FYI, have also attended the face recognition app using Python and got certification for that after completing it.

Similarly, last week , I completed (100%) my free python course but doesn't any certificate is generated... Please kindly provide it.......please help me to sort out the problem..... I tried several times to access my certificate but nothing is worked... Very disappointed to see that, I'm sent mail several times to provide my certificates but nothing is useful, either no one is responsdoing that , how much time later i got my certificates at all

Please kindly provide my certificates as soon as possible....... So i should purse to enroll any other course from your side and enhance my skills....
