REQUEST TO PROVIDE Python IIT Certification

Respected Sir/Madam I had enrolled in Python with IIT Certification. I had paid ₹1770/- on 2nd Feb, 2021 vide Payment Id pay_GWgt4l24b25N6i . I have also submitted the kyc form as required by you for the IIT certification. I have completed my course on 23rd march 2021 and got the certificate from guvi but not IIT certification. You are requested to provide me with the certificate for the course (Python with IIT Certification) or let me know how I will get the certificate.
