Python API for historical fundamental stock data. Ask Question

As I am currently working on my Bachelor thesis on the topic of Sustainable Stock Analysis with Data Science in Python. I need different fundamental data about stocks. I have already found a good library in python called but unfortunately, it only provides data a few years in the past.

Maybe someone knows of an API that is free or affordable for small money, which provides a good set of ratios and goes back many years in time.

Ratios Like P/E ratio, earnings growth, return on equity, EBIT margin, and so on.

I hope someone can help me.
