Incorrect answer in a quiz , needs urgent rectification to access certificate.

Hello, I have been doing a course in python. I have completed entire course but I can't access the certificate because one of the quizes shows a wrong answer for all options. Could you please check and rectify this issue so that I can get access to my certificate?
